A U.S. Entry Waiver is a document that contains written, signed permission from the United States government for you to enter into the country. If you have been denied from entering the country, or if you otherwise know you are not admissible, you must have a valid entry waiver to travel in or through the United States.

We guide you through the complex process of obtaining a U.S. Entry Waiver. A waiver needs to be requested 8 - 12 months before you wish to cross the border and is valid for an unlimited number of entries during the period issued of 1 - 5 years.
