USA Entry Waiver
If you have a criminal record you are generally not allowed to enter the United States. To enter the United States legally you must apply for a Waiver of Inadmissibility from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
If you enter the United States without a Waiver you can be arrested, deported and have your property or vehicle confiscated. Moreover, you and anyone who transports you across a US border can be barred from ever entering the United States. A US entry Waiver eliminates these risks.
- A waiver gives you the freedom to enter the US whenever you please.
- Waivers are good for multiple entries for up to 5 years.
- With a waiver, you can apply for FAST/NEXUS cards, visas, or US citizenship.
